Transcription: Pressing the heels together for resistance, lower your feet together directly over your hips. The knees should continue to open up as you drop the feet. Be sure to move the feet straight up and down. The heels should not drop out from your torso. When you feel the movement stick, slowly bring them back up, keeping the heels pressed together until the legs are extended at the knees. Repeat the entire movement.
